I DIDNT KNOW MY NOSE COULD HOLD SO MUCH MUCUS 😭

My mother has been doing this for almost 2 years and at first i was very skeptical and I didn’t try it until this past month because I’ve been having a lot of mucus in the morning ☹️ But since doing the neti the morning mucus has reduced at least 60%
The first day I didn’t i had so much mucus i didnt know my nose could hold on to so muuuuch... now is a lot less but for sure I’ll do this for the rest of my life.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The oil is fantastic - though I have to be careful since I have cats, and tea tree oil is highly toxic to them. So if I spill or have some extra oil ever-so-delicately come out of my nose, then I'm sure to clean it up before snuggling one of my kitties.

The neti pot is very small, and the first ceramic one I've had. I have mixed feelings about doing one full pot per nostril (this may be the sexiest review I have ever written), but feel like it's overall a good thing that I'll like more as time goes by.

Overall I am very happy with my first (of which will be many) purchases from PAAVANI Ayurveda - and highly recommend them to anyone.
