Milk bathing is an Ayurvedic r itual that cleanses the body, pampers the skin & calms the senses. Allow time in your day for self-care & relaxation, as you steep your body in a warm bath of healing Ayurvedic herbs. Moisturizing Coconut Milk blends with Himalayan Salt & Cardamom to deeply hydrate, detoxify & gently cleanse the skin. Turmeric & Epsom Salt soothe sore muscles, while Lavender & Rose lovingly nourish the skin & calm the body & mind.

Key Ingredients

Coconut Milk

The main ingredient in this luxurious formulation, coconut milk, makes an excellent exfoliant & moisturizer thanks to its blend of nutrient-rich fatty acids. It has anti-inflammatory properties as well as vitamin C & copper which help to maintain skin flexibility, elasticity & reduce the appearance of age spots. Coconut milk leaves your skin unbelievably silky smooth, replenished & smelling oh so lovely!

Epsom Salt

Did you know that epsom salt doesn’t contain salt? Instead, epsom salt is actually comprised of magnesium & sulfate, both essential for optimal health. Epsom salt naturally exfoliates the skin by sloughing away dead skin cells & has been used to help clear away face & body acne. It also calms the nervous system & reduces muscle aches, inflammation & pain. Lastly, epsom salt is excellent if you are experiencing magnesium deficiency brought on by strenuous exercise, excess stress, caffeine, alcohol or heavy moon cycles. Epsom salt delivers soft skin, soothed muscles & a calm, happy mind.

Turmeric

Where to begin with this magical herb? Turmeric may be the most beneficial herb on the planet, providing a wide array of healing properties, including its benefits for the skin. It is considered the "Golden Goddess" of Ayurveda, & has been used for centuries for its ability to leave the skin feeling clean & radiant. Turmeric contains fatty acids & phytosterols that reduce excess oil while the compound curcumin reduces inflammation, acne & even diminishes stretch marks. Turmeric has exfoliating properties that make the skin feel supple & it also helps prevent wrinkles & melanin from forming.

SO MOISTURIZING!

I love how this leaves my skin feeling so hydrated and soft! It feels so moisturizing, especially compared to how my skin typically feels after taking a bath. I love this product, very gentle yet effective. I also use it when bathing my infant son and it doesn't irritate his skin at all and leaves his skin baby soft. We live in a very dry climate so I welcome any additional ways to get moisture in my skin that I can find. Paavani never disappoints!

YOU WILL LOVE IT, WHATEVER YOUR DOSHA, FOR SUMMER (PITTA SEASON)

I am so happy I married a Pitta man, lol. Being a Kapha woman, I wouldn't have tried this, because it is an item for Pitta doshas. You see, I just had to try it before telling my husband he should. Now I use it after a physically demanding job as a hardware store stocker, when I arrive home at night. This is now my nightly indulgence. It's ok, I bought him one of his own, because he loves it as much as I do. He puts it into one of his socks and hangs it from the bath faucet as the water flows, but I love the flowers, so I put it in the bath water, as is, as the water flows. Cleaning the flowers out of the tub after my bath gets me to clean the tub after I use it.
