Three sleek, black bottles arrived in the mail: Shine natural energy & alertness, sleep natural serenity & calming mind, and Slim weight loss & appetite suppressant. The bottles came in a vegan leather zipper bag. Now, I am assuming the bag was vegan because the bag was more flexible than leather, and the vitamins are cruelty-free.
The Shine is my favorite because I tend to be a lethargic person. I did notice a difference in productivity when using the spray as I was able to finish tasks with a little more focus and clarity. I also haven't actively been taking B-12, so that is a huge help! I even do not mind the taste-- sweet, similar to an electrolyte drink. Sleep tastes the best, more like a blueberry version, and slim was my least favorite in flavor but still not bad for a vitamin spray.
I do think Slim helped me with cravings, but I also am one not to eat all day and then just snack late at night (I know I'm awful). I didn't have any cravings the days I used it, but that also could be from it being hot out and me being caught up in work. But I will say my snacking at night was a lot less, and overall, I felt I was only eating for fuel rather than boredom.
Sleep helped me the most with not waking up during the night, which I frequently do. I think the factor that compels me the most to buy these products is the absorption rate compared to when taking vitamins in pill form. Also, the spray is much more convenient for someone as forgetful as I am, since I can pull it out of my bag without needing my water bottle.
Overall, I would not say anything is a guarantee if you don't live a lifestyle that promotes relief from health issues such as weight loss, insomnia, etc... Spraying vitamins and compounds from plants won't fix a weight loss issue if you aren't adjusting habits, and I would be slow to take guarantees from the weight loss industry. Still, it is a decent addition to a well-rounded nutrition plan and exercise routine from my little experience. I would recommend these to a friend who was in the market for a complementary addition to a healthy lifestyle, but I would think of these more as taking your B-12 than a quick fix.
